PAYMENT METHODS

For the tickets purchased through the bilete.tfc-online.ro website, online payment can be made with your personal or company card, in complete safety conditions. The cards accepted for payment are those issued by VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro, if they have CVV2/CVC2 code).

No additional fees are charged for transactions.

The processing of card data is done exclusively on PlatiOnline servers. For this type of payment, the transaction will appear on the card statement with the name of TRANSFEROVIARCALATORI.

Safety of your personal information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store the confidential data of your card, but transmits it encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. In this way your personal information is safe.

Regardless of the currency you have in your account, the transactions are made in RON, at your bank's exchange rate.

In order to be accepted for online payment, the cards must meet the following conditions:

1. Be enrolled in the 3D Secure system. Two cases are encountered: case 1 - both the customer's card and the issuing bank are enrolled in the 3D Secure system, in which case the user must enter the 3D Secure authentication data; case 2 – only the card issuing bank is enrolled in the 3D Secure system, in which case the customer may have to contact the bank in order to be able to use the online payment service.
2. If the card-issuing bank is not enrolled in the 3D Secure system, the only cards accepted are those that have the valid CVV2 / CVC2 code (Visa or Mastercard).
