DELIVERY METHODS

Tickets purchased online involve, after confirmation of payment, their automatic reservation. The ticket itself will be sent in PDF format to the buyer's e-mail address (the one used to connect to the bilete.tfc-online.ro website). It is recommended that passengers have the "TFC online ticket" on the train, either by downloading the PDF on their phone (or other device) or by printing the ticket.

On the train, passengers will be identified by their ticket Id number, their names and an identity card or passport.

Information about the purchased tickets will also be sent by SMS to the phone number provided in the user account.
